Each one of Krabi res a small terrace, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a western toilet, hot-water shower, a small safe, a mini-bar, a telephone, as well as TV (with many International channels in best quality).   Furthermore, we also offer five simple, but clean double rooms equipped with ceiling fans, bathrooms with western toilets, and cold-water showers.

The Krabi Seaview Resort assures you that you will also enjoy the highest level of service during the low season, from May through October. Our attractive leisure program runs year-round, at close to full capacity. We would like to mention this, because many people seem to think that the climate in Thailand leaves much to be desired during this period. This is not the case - the sun also shines a lot in the so-called low season, and travelers can benefit from lower rates in many ways.

The Krabi Seaview resort offers accommodation in 17 bungalows and 5 guest rooms. 

Each one of the bungalows features a small terrace, air conditioning and ceiling fan, western toilet and warm water-shower, a small safe, a mini-bar, a hot water kettle, a telephone as well a TV with many International channels.

That means our kitchen, which specializes in Thai-cooking, will also create an excellent Filet of Beef with Sauce Béarnaise and French Fries, a Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with Rösti, or any one of many other European meals.

Our popular bar, "The Safety Stop" is open year-round from 10:00 AM. No closing-time is specified. We feature a large selection of cocktails, e.g. Mai-Thais, Pina-Coladas, etc., as well as many mixed drinks and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Also, here in Ao Nang, our Italian coffees are said to be the best; be it Espresso, C

cappuccino, Irish Coffee, or any other well-known special coffee.

4Day trips
Given our central location many well-known attractions are easily reached on day trips by bike, motorcycle, or even more comfortably by minivan; some can be reached by canoe or long-tail boat. The following are possible destinations on such day trips:

The Tiger Caves, the mussel cemetery, the waterfalls, the hot springs, the hatchery, James Bond Island (seen in "The Man with the Golden Gun"), the Phi-Phi islands, the caves of Pang Nga, and the mangroves. A one or two-day trip to Kao Sok National Park is another unforgettable experience for nature-lovers. Have fun!

4Sunshine, Beach, and the Ocean
The white sand beach of Ao Nang is about 150 meters away from our resort. It is about 2 km long and interspersed with minute pieces of mussel shells. The entire area surrounding Ao Nang is protected, meaning that it is prohibited to permanently install both deckchairs and umbrellas for rent.

44 Diving/Snorkelling
Would you like to take a diving-course, or are you already familiar with the sport of diving? The KRABI SEAVIEW RESORT'S own 5-Star Diving Center AO NANG DIVERS (see diving web page) offers diving instruction for all levels ranging from "Scuba Diver" to "Assistant Instructor". In addition, certified divers or snorkellers may take advantage of our day-long diving trips.

4Shopping
There are many shops offering just about anything you may need in Ao Nang. These include photo shops, small retailers, and numerous artisans of the tailor's craft. We recommend our "house-tailor", King's Fashion, in the town of Krabi - he offers the best all-round service. The easiest and cheapest way of reaching the town center of Krabi is by collective taxi. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Besides finding numerous shops there, you will also find a traditional Thai market, as well as a department store of European standards.

4Golf
On March 1st, 2000, the newly redesigned 9-hole "Pakasai Country Club" golf course (see title photo) was reopened. It is located about 40 minutes away from the Krabi Seaview Resort. This course offers an ideal, and very affordable opportunity for golfing in beautiful surroundings (there is a driving range, too). The famous golf courses on, and close to the island of Phuket are also easily reached in 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours of driving. By the way, as is customary on all of Thailand's golf courses, your golf bag is carried by a caddy!

4Climbing
Krabi offers the best conditions for this activity, too! The beautiful limestone formations in our region are ideal, despite the fact that the spots have remained relatively unknown within the climbing community.
