Zazen enjoys a secluded setting at the
end of an unspoiled bay. In this tropical setting, the low-rise resort
has been especially designed to reach peacefulness in harmony with its
natural surroundings. Nestled on Koh Samui's quieter, more traditional
northern shore, Zazen stands on the west coast of Bophut beach amid
lush gardens facing its own palm-shaded beach.
Bophut beach itself is 3 kilometers long
and is considered the island’s most typical fishing village. Although
there are several shops, bars and restaurants in Bophut village, the
beach is famous for its relaxed atmosphere. |

Contemporary…Stylish & Balanced....
The bungalows at Zazen are famous for their orange, sun-washed
Mediterranean colour with traditional red-tiled roofs nestled amid a
fragrant garden, lotus pond and balmy coconut groves beside a palm
fringed stretch of golden sandy beach.
Each room is designed like a small and elegant Thai home with nice
wooden and terra-cotta tiled floors, wide glass-fronted doors and a
large veranda overlooking the beach or gardens. Modern amenities have
been discreetly incorporated into the tradition of Thai style
ambiance.
The rooms come equipped with home comfort amenities such as satellite
television, DVD player and music station, mini-bar, personal safe,
hair dryer, coffee and tea station, hot and cold water,
air-conditioning and a free cable high speed internet connection in
each room. Everything has been provided for the enjoyment of gracious
living in -- natural and relaxed surroundings.

Our Garden Deluxe Bungalows are as luxurious as the beach front
Deluxe Bungalows but are located on the second row just 5 meters
away from the beach. These rooms will be perfect for a couple or a
couple with a child looking for a family holiday.
They can easily
fit an extra bed or a baby cot. Some of these rooms still offer a
sea view from the terrace or from the room and some offer a view of
the tropical garden. We have 8 of these Garden Deluxe rooms. These
rooms and terrace are decorated with Thai Style furniture from
Chiang Mai and come equipped with all the home comfort amenities
mentioned above and a free cable high speed internet connection. The
bathrooms are contemporary Balinese style open air bathrooms. The
size of the room is approximately 50 Sq. Meters (including the
terrace). |

Our Garden Deluxe Family Bungalow is as luxurious as the beach front
Deluxe Bungalows but is located on the third row just 10 meters away
from the beach. This room will be perfect for a couple with children
looking for a family holiday. It can easily fit an extra bed or a
baby cot or two with these extra beds the room can easily
accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. This single family room offers
a view of the tropical garden. This room and terrace is decorated
with Thai Style furniture from Chiang Mai and comes equipped with
all the home comfort amenities mentioned above and a free cable high
speed internet connection. The size of the room is approximately 100
Sq. Meters (including the terrace). The price will be twice the
price of a Garden Deluxe Bungalow. |

Our Garden Deluxe Villas are as luxurious as the beach front Deluxe
Bungalows but are located on the fourth row just 30 meters away from
the beach. These rooms offer a modern Thai contemporary touch and
are much bigger then the other rooms. They were completely
refurbished in July 2005. These rooms will be perfect for a couple
who enjoys having a lot of space or a couple with children looking
for a family holiday. They can easily fit an extra bed or a baby
cot. The villas can accommodate 3 adults and 2 children with extra
beds. Villas and terraces offer a view of the tropical garden. We
have 9 of these rooms. These villas and terraces are decorated with
Thai Style furniture from Chiang Mai and come equipped with all the
home comfort amenities mentioned above and a free wireless high
speed internet connection. The bathrooms are beautiful Balinese
style open air bathrooms. The size of the villa is approximately 60
Sq. Meters (including the terrace) |

Our Garden Standard Bungalows are smaller than the Beach front
Deluxe Bungalows but are located on the second row just 5 meters
away from the beach. These rooms will be perfect for a couple who
don’t mind having a smaller room. These rooms still offer a sea view
from the terrace or from the room and offer also a view of the
beautiful tropical garden. We have 3 of these rooms plus one with a
beautiful sea view. This room is called the “Beach Front Standard
Bungalow” and is sold the price of a Garden Deluxe Bungalow. The
rooms and terraces are decorated with Thai Style furniture from
Chiang Mai and come equipped with all the home comfort amenities
mentioned above and a free cable high speed internet connection. The
