Dining on the Hill is also the venue for our weekly themed evenings, including a Thai experience evening of freshly prepared salad, desserts and live cooking station of wok cooked dishes complete with a traditional Thai dancing show. The Signature restaurant of Sila Evason Hideaway, Dining on the Rocks, is setting new standards for innovative food concepts, great service and of course that famous view and atmosphere. The cuisine is distinctively different and we refer to it as New Asian Cuisine with a cross over accent.

The Evason Hideaway Samui
is located on a headland on the northern tip of Koh Samui Island, approximately six kilometers from the airport. It is set amongst 20 acres of indigenous plantings and offers stunning views of the surrounding sea and outlying islands.
Koh Samui is midway between Bangkok and Phuket, inside the Gulf of Thailand. The island is just 21k wide and 25k long and has frequent air services from Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Hong Kong and Singapore. The massive seated Buddha image known as ‘Big Buddha’ is just five minutes from the resort. The airport is a 10-minute drive.
